After watching yesterday’s evening news reports on the tragic shooting in our nation’s capital, I walked to the beach where I saw pods of dolphins swimming very close to shore. In fact, I’ve never seen so many dolphins this close to “us” before. I took a cell phone shot of what to me is a sign about socialization—the dolphins are doing well and we are not.
