I have an artist friend, Maggie Jimenez, who, among her many creations, makes ceramic clown faces. I took a photo of one that has been outside on my house for over a year. The color, texture and position in this photo is my “artful” way of thanking Maggie, although I dropped the clown a few years ago by accident, hence, the fractured right ear.
