Weekly Photo Challenge: Motion

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Motion.”

035 (4) - Copy - Copy

While I take a large number of “motion” shots, they are usually centered around wildlife and sea life movements: birds flying, whales diving, etc. One of my favorite shots, however, was taken while leaving Venice via a water taxi. I passed laundry hanging out to dry along a canal. My eye caught a sheer slip waving in the breeze–the other heavier items were probably still wet and not moving much. This turned out to be my last photo of Venice before I boarded the plane.

  1. How clever. Excellent choice

    1. Thank you. It was a nice change from the 1001 photos I have of pelicans in flight.

  2. Well caught. I like it!
