This bunny, probably born within the last three weeks, nibbles on Kenilworth ivy that I left on a tree stump in our front yard.
The bunny waits for me to leave before it goes to the tree stump for a meal.

As the above photo shows, there is a new bunny on the block, actually we think there are three newbies. The first clue was that a month ago the big rabbit took some Timothy hay that I had put out for nesting material–I suspected there was a pregnant rabbit about. This week I’ve seen two small rabbits running in and out of the Carmel creeper, a thick underbrush that provides protection for these rabbits. Yesterday, I watched the bunny eat the Kenilworth ivy that I left on a tree stump in our front yard. Peace.
