2020 Perspectives


Here is a cactus that I’ve had for 50 years. It is short and squatty as seen from overhead. And for the first time it has blooms. This is the year of firsts.

The presidential contenders had dueling TV “shows” last night. I’m one of the 17 million who has already voted(the county elections board texted me to say my ballot has been received). I voted for the sane one.

The coronavirus is having a third surge, just in time for the holidays. Wear a mask, stupid!

Yesterday afternoon it was 86-degrees in the house–no air conditioning because we live by the ocean. Wildfire smoke coming in this morning.

Basta cosi!
