DC in Winter

Took this shot a few years ago in Washington, D.C. at 4 p.m. The Capitol building, not show, is on the right while the Washington Monument is faithfully in the background. The onslaught of traffic and the bare branches add drama. Some say this is where sausage is made. What I remember most is how cold it was taking this hand-held shot without gloves.
