The Fearless Chipmunk

I was once chased by a chipmunk protecting its newborns. The dogs and I ran for about 100 feet with the chipmunk in hot pursuit until we turned the corner and apparently our pursuer did not.

Took these shots yesterday of a chipmunk looking for food. I used a telephoto lens to be safe. Yes, they are cute and fearless.
