Rising Full Moon Reflections…
Last night the moon was an eerie orange high in the sky, a reflection of the wildfire haze blanketing Northern California. These shots are from a happier time when the moon was rising over Sacramento, its orange light reflected in the windows of an apartment building.

Resting Moon
Last night I was taking the garbage out when I saw the moon resting on the top of my neighbor’s trees. Took this hand held shot to prove I wasn’t seeing things (joke!).
