Waves Close Beach…
Here are three reasons why most of Carmel-By-the-Sea beach was closed yesterday. These are low tide waves–they covered the entire beach when they were done. Eighty miles north of here part of the coastal city, Pacifica, is falling into the ocean. These are not normal times.
