I’ve been taking photos of Sacramento’s Tower Theater at night for decades. I like the lights, pure and simple. In the past I used a tripod and slow shutter speeds to capture the moment. Now, with digital technology, I can take hand-held shots that display the shadows and hues as seen with the naked eye.. Fortunately, the Tower sign hasn’t changed during this time.
I was stopped at a traffic light in Sacramento when I took this shot of the landmark Tower Theater which appears to be leaning when in reality it is the tall palms that are not straight. But, I accidentally took a crooked photo. Whatever.
