Summer Art Shows

Art festivals abound in California, and everywhere else, during the summer. I don’t go to many, but an outdoor venue certainly beats going to an indoor mall with fluorescent lighting. Today I went to the annual show at Curtis Park (Sacramento) where the best part was running into a large number of people I hadn’t seen in years. We’re getting older together. I bought a ceramic fish made by an adult from the local developmentally disabled center. Very nice.

My labels: grandfather, father, veteran, writer, poet, photographer and dreamer in pursuit of the meaning of life. Getting close, although I'm running out of time--probably why I'm so close.
