What About Me?

If there is an empty seat at the dinner table, Gracie will take it and wait patiently to be served. Of course, she will be  asked to get down, a command she’ll ignore. However, with a gentle tap, she will exit. I’m amused by her look of defiant confidence each time she is the first to be seated.
