In case you missed it on the news last night, the 54th annual “Great Sand Castle Contest of Carmel” was in full glory yesterday. While there were sand castles, unofficially the beach goers ‘ favorites were a dog eyeing a ball and a fisherman battling an octopus., as shown. Actually, the fisherman appeared stoned, so maybe it was all a dream.
