Game 7…

As a kid, like most kids, there were moments at the sandlot where it was two outs, bottom of the ninth in game seven of the World Series. Today, the big boys on the world stage do it for real. While I’d like the Giants to win, I’d love to see a game where every player delivers and the outcome is always in doubt until the last pitch. Strike or hit? Since the Royals have last ups, I’ll go for a heater from Casilla on the outside black with a swing and a miss. Hey, I’m back at the sandlot.
