As I approached the San Francisco Bay Bridge in the middle of another massive traffic jam last week, I noticed a “prism” in the distant sky as the sun set. Perhaps, it was the tail end of a far away rainbow. Rainbows aside, driving in the Bay Area is ridiculous these days.
