The sea otter is the most laid back animal in the world, or at least on the ocean. Anne took this shot of an otter floating on its back off of Carmel Beach in the area where surfers go to catch a wave. But the surf was down, lunch was over and there was nothing to do but enjoy some gentle undulations.
