Harbor Seals Want to be Left Alone

I use a 300mm lens to photograph harbor seals at Point Lobos. I don’t want to disturb them, but even though I am hundreds of feet away,  there is often one that raises its head in my direction. Seals hear better than they see, regardless, in this case  I quickly put the camera down and departed–this is part of a seal’s home, not mine.
