I’ve written about clowns, painted watercolors of them and collected ceramic renderings of them crafted by California artist Maggie Hernandez. The above clown has hung outside on a brick wall for the past three years. Despite the sun, rain, wind and one nasty fall,  the worried look remains as dramatic as ever. I took this shot yesterday.  Great work Maggie!
