On this particular day in Sacramento, it was 102-F when I took this shot. The Tower Bridge is usually lined with pigeons, but the heat was too much, I guess, for most of them.
Next, I captured the freeway through a chain link fence. It was about this time that I felt trapped by the limited photo opportunities. And it was 102-F.Beer.
