Yesterday morning a quail family was searching for food in our front yard. Later, a rabbit emerged from the underbrush by the stump where we leave Kenilworth ivy. However, the quail were also at the stump. I’ve never before seen a rabbit and quail face each other, but that’s what happened with this result: peaceful coexistence.
