Front Gate Visitor

I went to open the front gate yesterday when I noticed a brown moth by the lock. It didn’t move, so I assumed it had died. I’ve posted before about the butterflies and moths that “die” at the front gate. I started taking photos when the moth just up and flew away. The departure made me feel good–don’t want the front gate to get a bad reputation.
