You’d have to put your hand down this hole to get honey Winnie the Pooh style.
Yesterday I spotted a swarm of honey bees flying in and our of hole in a liquid amber tree, most fittingly, since honey is sometimes called “liquid amber.” A knock on the door led to a brief conversation with the owner who said the bees have been in the tree for a few years. We gave the bees a thumbs up!
