I’ll start this week off with a shot of a painted lady on a cosmos in our backyard. I’ve taken more shots of painted ladies than of any other species of butterfly and that makes sense since it is the most widely distributed butterfly in the world, found everywhere but in Australia and the Antartica.
I’ve had luck planting cosmos flowers from seed. These bright yellow flowers attract all sorts of butterflies and honeybees. Peace.
