Butterfly at 8,000-Feet

Butterfly at 8,000 feet.

Since I live at sea level, I don’t walk at high altitudes much . A week ago on a hike with family members I paused at 8,000-feet up. Hey, am I out of shape? Stopped for a breather, only to see a Northwestern Fritillary flitting about in an area that resembled the moon’s surface. We were at the summit of Glacier Trailhead, Truckee, California.
