Wind Chime Neglect…

I’ve been meaning to fix these wind chimes–the thin metal disc that strikes the chimes is missing. I noticed today that cobwebs have taken over. I do have other functioning wind chimes, so I’m not in a rush to remove a spider’s handiwork.
