Weekly Photo Challenge: Change

This photo speaks to ” change.”  The bare trees tell us it is winter and the scaffolding means a man-made structure  is getting a facelift. Of course, the building is the U.S. Capitol where the Speaker of the House resigned yesterday and where “change” is mostly the empty promises of political rhetoric. In a few days the federal government will shut down if the budget isn’t passed, or the people in this building could do the right thing…and “change.” (Photo taken 2/4/2015).
