Cabbage White

DSC_0002 - Copy (3)I have plenty of honey bees, but few butterflies in the backyard.  This cabbage white was the only butterfly spotted yesterday.  Climate change? Or, maybe I wasn’t in the backyard much; i.e. , frame of reference. Seriously, I haven’t been seeing butterflies in places where they were last year at this time.

  1. Rich, I, too, notice how much fewer butterflies there are this year. Do you see my Facebook posts? I took a short video of my purple coneflowers with butterflies. The butterflies are all the same and small. I wonder what’s going on this year?
