The Goose’s Perspective


I like the angle of this photo. For me, good photography is part luck. The goose turned away from me when I took the photo and I didn’t see the small leaves in the water that appear to have the goose’s attention. The leaves provide the element of scale when compared to the goose’s size. Whatever. Camera luck is often passed off as technique. Enjoy the art. Celebrate the good shots. Adhere to two these two rules: (1) bring the viewer of a photograph into the photo, that is, there is no photo unless there is incentive to look at it; and (2) take lots of shot, some may be winners.
